Enjoy wine and cheese after school in the company of a world-renowned historian. From 4:30-6:30, these award-winning scholars will present their interpretations of important historical events and engage participants in a lively discussion about bringing the past to life in the classroom.

Each session is $15 for members, $20 for non-members. Wine and cheese will be served. Advance registration is required.

Join Charles Gehring, Director of the New Netherlands Research Center, and Russell Shorto, noted scholar and author of the acclaimed The Island at the Center of the World and the recently-released Amsterdam: A History of the World’s Most Liberal City, for a drink and enlightening discussion about our formative Dutch history.
