Description 
Bronze struck medal with obverse showing clothed male bust facing left with surrounding legend: " . HUGH H. HANNA . CHAIRMAN OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE INDIANAPOLIS MONETARY CONVENTION . 1897-1900." Reverse contains inscription surrounded by stylized laurel wreath with seal of New York below: "Presented April 5, 1900/BY THE/Chamber of Commerce/of the State of New York to/Hugh H. Hanna/of Indianapolis, Indiana/IN TOKEN OF GRATITUDE FOR/GOOD WORK DONE ON/BEHALF OF HIS COUNTRYMEN/IN THE CAUSE OF AN/EFFICIENT BANKING SYSTEM/AND OF THE GOLD STANDARD." Medal is inset into square fitted leather case with grey suede interior.
