D . BY . ADMIRAL . VERNON." Reverse depicts sailing ships with tower on either side; date in exergue: "NOV. 22 . 1739" with ornament below; legend within line border; "WHO . TOOK . PORTO /.BELLO . WITH . SIX . SHIPS . ONLY."
