Gilt paper covered embossed cardboard souvenir medal with obverse showing female bust facing left with crown inscribed "LIBERTY" surrounded by thirteen stars. Reverse bears inscription within ornate border: "SOUVENIR/OF THE/CENTENNIAL." Square cream-colored cardboard case with burgundy red interior.
