Axe consisting of old axe head (probably Native American) with modern wooden handle attached with thin strips of bark.
Gallery Label: 
The axe head appears to be old, but the handle and bark are more recent. Native Americans would have been more likely to use animal sinew to haft the axe head to the handle.
