Two yellow silk satin pin-back ribbons imprinted in gold suspended from rectangular metal bar; top short ribbon with gold metallic braid edging across bottom bears organization seal with letters "O" and "G" above and inscription: "Jan'y 18th, 1883." below; longer ribbon suspended underneath has red silk satin ribbon imprinted in gold: "Reception" attached diagonally above bottom edge, decorated with silver metallic bullion fringed braid edging.
