Description 
Gold and enamel badge of the Greek Order of the Redeemer with blue and white silk ribbon; crown from which hangs a white enamel cross encircled by a laurel wreath with a blue central medallion; obverse of badge contains an image of Christ on the central medallion holding up a raised finger, surrounded by a Greek inscription; reverse of badge bears a different Greek inscription. Eight-pointed cut steel breast star bears an image of Christ on the obverse.

Gallery Label 
The Greek Order of the Redeemer of Saviour (Basilikon tagma toi soteros) was established by King Otto I in 1833. Since 1863 the reverse has carried the inscription "Instituted in 1829 at Argos by the 4th Greek National Assembly." This order is awarded in five classes.
