Metal pin with ribbon and suspended badge. Pin features a round seal with the image of bridge over a waterfall surrounded by text. "THE CITY OF WATERTOWN NEW YORK". Pin includes text above and flanking the seal, "38TH ANNUAL CONV./WATERTOWN N.Y./AUG. 16 17 18 19". Small rectangular badge suspended from the pin with metal chain, "DELEGATE".
