Blue silk ribbon edged with gold trimming at top with red, white and blue woven silk ribbon in American flag motif gathered into bow at top center with metal wire. Ribbon printed in gold "DELEGATE/ 14TH ANNUAL/ CONVENTION/ OF THE/ ORDER/ AMERICAN/ FIREMEN"; circular tin badge hangs from bottom with central star incised "N/ S/ E/ W" around central image of eagle and "N.Y.S.C."; crescent moon incised "D.A.F."; incised around circular border "HUDSON N.Y./ 19/ 00/ SEPT.-11-12."
