Description: 
Circular badge with cipher "NG" and blue enamel "V" with gold "7" above, encircled with a garter of blue enamel bearing the regiment motto, "Patria Et Gloria"; half rosettes ornament medallion at sides and bottom; cipher pierced revealing cherry red ribbon; letter "F" studded with eight cut diamonds suspended from badge.
