Description: 
Tinned sheet iron bell toy depicting goat, mounted on platform with two sets of cast iron wheels of different sizes; spokes form blossom with heart-shaped petals; white goat with blue saddle and red collar, black horns and beard; bell mounted on top of saddle with triad of clappers suspended from yoke and anchored to top of bell with flower finial; when toy is pushed or pulled, platform rises and falls; clapper rings against outside of bell.
