Kodak Brownie camera, with flash accessory. Metal, box-shaped camera with leather laminated to surface and leather strap handle; Fixed lens. Flash accessory boxed, with batteries and light housing.

This Brownie camera belonged to the donor's father, John Dzupin (1915-1988). The designated family photographer, he took pictures of the family on all occasions. As most of the extended Dzupin family lived in Czechoslovakia, photographs sent through the mail provided an important method of bridging the distance.
