Replica of a monument in Place Vendome, Paris commemorating the victories of Napoleon. Robert Fulton who was in Paris at the time of the dedication of the monument brought it back to the U.S. It then descended to Mrs. Robert Fulton Bright, who then gave it to Mr. Wall
