Red silk ribbon suspended from brass pin with seal and "DELEGATE" against blue enamel background; at botom of ribbon are two badges; bottom badge has painted inset of Newburgh inside metal frame, with "40TH/ANNUAL CONVENTION/NEWBURGH NY/1912" in banners at top and bottom of badge.
