Description
Blue ribbon with brass pin at top, which consists of coated paper printed with "NEW YORK EXEMPT" inside frame; ribbon printed in gold ink with "DECORATION/OF/WASHINGTON'S/MONUMENT/FEB. 22ND 1913/New York City"; suspended from bottom is metal pin coated with paper cover printed with: "THOMAS FITZPATRICK/FOREMAN/EXEMPT FIRE ENGINE CO."
