Circular metal badge with central grouping of fire helmet, horns, ladder and axes encircled by inscription "VOLUNTEER FIREMENS ASSOCIATION/ N.Y. CITY" with "2037" below within decorative trim; eagle perched at top over elongated Ionic column capital flanked by foliate details.
