Purple silk ribbon with pin at top; pin with plastic inset printed with "DELEGATE" inside ornate brass frame; ribbon printed with: "13TH ANNUAL/CONVENTION/S.N.Y.V.F./ASS'N/HICKSVILLE NY/OCT 20 21 08"; badge suspended from pin by chain, has eagle on top and plastic inset painted with firefighting equipment.
