Description
Struck aluminum medal with obverse showing, within linear border, an elaborate armory building with a group of soldiers marching in front; with an inscription below exergual line: "MDCCCXCIV/B R O O K L Y N, N.Y. [ around lower border, at center]." Legend on reverse within linear border reads: "SOUVENIR.[in Gothic lettering]/13th REGIMENT,/N.G.N.Y./NEW ARMORY/FAIR./OCT.15-20, 1894.[ below at center around border]".
