Bronze struck medal with obverse showing three-quarter clothed bust of beardless Lincoln facing right with legend: "ABRAHAM LINCOLN PRESIDENT 1861-1865." Reverse depicts two figures, male and female, representing the North and the South, seated on a cannon, with the Capitol to the left; legend: "REUNION."
