Description
Metal and red silk ribbon pin-back badge; top medal inscribed "DELEGATE/ 32 ANNUAL CONVENTION" surmounted by eagle and flag motifs and flanked by fire hydrants. Circular medal with laurel leaf border and image of unidentified firefighter hangs over ribbon from center by metal ring. Bottom medal hangs from ribbon in elongated octagon shape; inscribed in blue enamel "N.Y.S.F.A./ DUNKIRK NEW YORK"; central fire hose borders image of indian in canoe with log cabin in background, inscribed "1804"; images of cowboy and indian at top and locomotives at bottom flanked by firefighters on ladders and allegorical figures of lady liberty; top and bottom images of unidentified men with inscription "1904."
