White cardboard printed in pink and black on the matchcover; all of the text is printed in black on the pink background; kanji printed on the front forms the design emblem and has a square border comprised of two lines; "YODO" is printed on the front above the staple; "FAN BROS., INC. 718-729-4242" is printed on the manumark; "Tel. 751-8775" is printed on the saddle; "YODO / Restaurant of Japan / 13 East 47th Street / New York, N.Y. 10017" is printed on the reverse above the striker.
