Metal stamped star-within-laurel wreath-shaped uniface badge suspended from pinback depicting battleship at sea with legend: "MANILA FOR THE MAINE". Center of star shows left-facing bust-length portrait of Dewey with legend: "ADMIRAL DEWEY/ DID IT".
