Description
Blue silk ribbon printed in gold with: "PHILADELPHIA/ JUNE 19, 1900" at bottom; rectangular pin at top printed "DELEGATE" in white on painted gold ground on coated paper surrounded by brass frame with foliate border; hanging from pin is smaller yellow ribbon printed in gold "NEW YORK." Circular badge hangs from ribbon with image of New York state seal in black and white on coated paper surrounded by brass frame with bead and laurel borders and top central cartouche.
