Focusing on President Obama’s unforeseen foreign policy challenges, David E. Sanger, in conversation with Richard N. Haass, highlights key issues for present and future U.S. foreign policy makers.
David E. Sanger is the chief Washington correspondent for The New York Times and author of Confront and Conceal: Obama's Secret Wars and Surprising Use of American Power. Richard N. Haass (moderator) is the president of the Council on Foreign Relations and former director of policy planning for the Department of State.
