Application Details: The application includes several components, including basic information, a resume, letter of support, and brief essays.

Application Instructions:
Applications will be collected using a digital form. Applicants will be able to upload their resume and essay responses within the form. The form will automatically close at 11:59 pm EST on March 1st. Applications sent to the NEH will not be reviewed.
References should send their letter of support in a PDF via e-mail to nehinstitute@nyhistory.org by the application deadline above.
Applicants will be notified about their application on March 26th and should be aware that once they have accepted an offer to attend any NEH Summer Program, they may not accept an additional offer or withdraw in order to accept a different offer. Successful applicants must accept or decline their offer by April 2nd.
