The Museum has been closed for several months. Will you be extending memberships?
Yes, we are extending all active memberships by three months for anyone whose membership is current as of August 1, 2020.
When are you extending memberships? Why does my renewal not reflect that extended date?
We will be implementing the three-month extension closer to the reopening. Your renewal date won’t be updated until that time.
When will I get new membership cards?
New cards are not necessary as your membership will be up to date in our system. If you would like to receive new cards after the Museum reopens in September, however, please feel free to email us with your request.
What benefits can Members take advantage of during the Museum closure?
- We have weekly Members-only programs via Zoom. You need to be subscribed to our email list in order to receive info for these programs. Previous programs can be found on our Curator Confidential playlist and The History Hour playlist, both on YouTube.
- Members can also use their 10% discount at the NYHistory Store. To activate the discount, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
I’m not receiving emails. Can I resubscribe to the list?
