Do Members need a timed entry-ticket to visit?

Members are not required to have a timed-entry ticket booked in advance. Simply come to our Visitor Services desk onsite for your entrance. If you do wish to book in advance, you can book here. Make sure you log in, so that the admission fee will be waived. If you have any issues booking tickets online or if you want to reserve over the phone, please call our Call Center at (212) 485-9268.

 

How do I access my new digital membership card?

Digital membership cards are now available at the New-York Historical Society as part of our new contactless admissions process and in support of our efforts to be more environmentally conscious. You can download the app by following the instructions here.

Can I use my Membership discount at the online store?

My employer is a Corporate Member. How do I book a timed-entry ticket?

Please reach out to your organization’s contact for the instructions on how to reserve tickets using your Corporate Membership benefits.

 

My local library has a Museum pass. How do I book a timed-entry ticket?

Once you reserve your library’s pass, they will provide you instructions for how to book a ticket on our website. If you have any questions or issues, please reach out to your library directly.
